"The booking clearly states that meet and greet is included and says that the driver will meet the passenger in the arrivals hall, but in all the bookings I have made, the driver has NEVER provided this meet and greet service. Give that is is part of what I am paying for, this is disappointing. The passenger is my son, who travels alone and is not familiar with Heathrow, so not having the driver there as promised is a big disappointment. If this service is not actually being delivered, perhaps it should not be offered on your website as part of the deal. The driver himself was very pleasant and the car was good and clean, but the lack of meet and greet detracted from the experience."
