It contacted me immediately after I placed my order, for verification. the day before I took of to Birmingham, the company contacted me again, giving information the name of the driver (Tony) to pick me up. When I arrived the driver already contacted me saying that he was at the airport and ready to take me to my final destination. To my surprise, Tony drives a Mercedes rather than a simple sedan that I ordered. I felt that the company upgraded its service. And he was very friendly as well. This experience immediately removed my doubt, as an international traveller, if my taxi will be there to pick me up, or will I be exploited with highly inflated fare, etc.etc. It was a lovey, safe and secure experience.
